Ellie Kim, aka SuperKnova, is a Korean-American, transgender musician who creates Queer Pop, a unique sound that incorporates electronic drums, moody synths, and dreamy guitar solos. She writes about identity, queerness and the struggle to be your authentic self.

Her heart-felt lyrics and catchy hooks have led to features in Epic Games Fortnite, Sephora, Showtime’s Work In Progress and TikTok’s Creator Studio in New York City.

A talented multi-instrumentalist, she produces and records all of her own music and builds many of her songs live on-stage through looping and live instruments.

She performs locally in NYC where she is based and nationally at venues, universities and festivals across the country.
